Our next trip to Lofoten will depart on the 15th of August 2016 and end on the 18th of August 2016. The local speciality is centered around Seafood but we offer a variety of dishes to suit your dietary preference.

Catch your own fish in the majestic Norwegian Sea. Eyvind Hellstrøm will meet you at the harbour when you return and teach you how to cook your catch.

On the first day you will view the untouched lands of Lofoten from the sea while learning how to catch fish the hard way. Hellstrøm will teach you some traditional Norwegian recipes with a modern twist. On the second day you can chose among several activities such as hiking in some of the dramatic mountains and peaks or learn how to surf in the sheltered bays and beaches.
