Our next trip to Tokyo will depart on the 5th of April 2017 and end on the 9th of April 2017. The local speciality is centered around Sushi but we offer a variety of dishes to suit your dietary preference.

Japan is a country dedicated to perfection through discipline and repetition. An Itamae (Master Chef) will train with a superior for five years in order to be allowed to cook rice for the main dish. You, however, will get the full experience in one magical day - and we guarantee that you've never had better sushi than the one you make with our in-house Itamae as your teacher.
